Investment in Your Mental Health

Therapy is an investment in how you think, feel, and move through your life.

My practice is designed to support depth, consistency, and meaningful change not just short-term symptom relief.

Private Pay Therapy

$165 per 52-minute virtual session

Most clients choose private pay because it allows us to focus on the work in a more intentional and effective way.

Rather than working within the limitations of insurance, we are able to prioritize what actually leads to lasting change.

This includes:

  • flexibility in how sessions are structured

  • the ability to work at a pace that supports deeper progress

  • a focus on underlying patterns—not just symptom management

  • a higher level of privacy and discretion

For many high-functioning women, this allows for more consistent, focused work that leads to meaningful and lasting results.

Payment Options

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Zelle

  • HSA/FSA cards

  • All major credit cards

Superbills are available upon request if you would like to pursue out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance plan.

Why Many Clients Choose Private Pay

Working outside of insurance allows therapy to remain focused on you—not on administrative or diagnostic requirements.

This means:

  • sessions are not limited by diagnosis requirements

  • treatment is not restricted by session caps

  • your care remains more private

  • the work can stay focused on long-term change

Clients who choose private pay are often looking for a more focused, consistent approach that supports deeper and more sustainable progress.

Using Insurance

For clients who prefer to use insurance, I am currently in-network with select plans in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.

These include:

  • Optum

  • Aetna

Coverage details, copays, and eligibility are verified prior to your first session so you have a clear understanding of your financial responsibility.
