Meet the Therapist

If you’ve made it here, you might be carrying more than you let on. Maybe you’ve been holding everything together for everyone else, but inside you’re running on empty. I know what it’s like to navigate change, loss, pressure, and self-doubt—and how lonely it can feel when no one sees the full picture.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering virtual therapy for women navigating anxiety, perfectionism, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and life transitions. My work is about creating a space where you feel seen—not just for what you carry, but for who you’re becoming.

I specialize in supporting women through the complex emotional terrain of womanhood—whether you’re building your career, navigating dating or partnership, trying to conceive, adjusting to pregnancy, raising children, or feeling the pressure to keep it all together.

You might be questioning your identity, craving deeper connection, quietly coping with grief or trauma, or feeling lost beneath all the roles you’ve taken on. Therapy can be the place where you pause, breathe, and find your way back to yourself.

How I Work

I bring advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—a trauma-focused, evidence-based therapy that helps process unresolved emotional pain. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, so we can focus on both practical coping skills and deeper healing.

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. We’ll explore what feels heavy, unlearn what no longer serves you, and reconnect with your story, values, and self-worth. I’ll meet you where you are—no pressure, no judgment—just a space to slow down and figure out what you need next.

My Background

I earned my bachelor’s in Deviant Behavior and Social Control from John Jay College and my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. John’s University. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with women from all walks of life—from professionals navigating burnout to mothers experiencing identity shifts.

As a bilingual therapist, I offer sessions in English and Spanish and provide culturally responsive care that honors your values, identity, and lived experiences.

What to Expect

Therapy with me is a conversation, not a checklist. Some days, we’ll focus on practical strategies for anxiety, stress, or relationships. Other days, we’ll go deeper into patterns connected to self-worth, boundaries, or intergenerational wounds.

Sessions are 52 minutes and held virtually for your comfort and convenience. We’ll start with a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. Insurance is accepted, private pay is available, and I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.

You deserve a space that’s just for you—to slow down, feel supported, and stop carrying everything alone.

Let’s take the first step, together.
